AboutWhy not get a group of friends together and start OpenSource Powerpramming

Contact me with a bit of information about yourself, when you gave birth, where you live and your potential Powerpramming friends and I will email you a workout to follow.

I will give you instructions on how to carry out the exercises properly and advice on how to keep your motivation up.

This will make a great informal social gathering for you and your 'Mummy Mates!'
Follow your workout with a coffee at a local cafe or take turns at each other's houses. When the weather warms up you can have a lovely picnic outdoors.

If you don't live in an area surrounded by lots of Mums you can do these exercises on your own with your baby.

I am doing this because I believe that everyone should have the opportunity to improve their lives through exercise. Some of us live in small towns where there are not many exercise classes to take part in. After you have had a baby it can be a lonely and vulnerable time. Exercising on a regular basis can really help you to regain control and routine in your new life.

Always tell your doctor you are intending to start a new workout so you can get the all clear. If you had a C-Section you should wait at least 10 weeks before starting an exercise regime. If you had a vaginal birth you should wait at least 6 weeks before starting an exercise regime.

If you are an ANTE AND POSTNATAL QUALIFIED exercise teacher I would love to hear from you. You may want to set up something similar to Powerpramming in your area, I can help you do this (no franchise involved!).

I have taken the term Open Source from the Open Source Initiative (OSI) which is a non-profit corporation dedicated to managing and promoting the Open Source Definition for the good of the community, specifically through the OSI Certified Open Source Software certification mark and program. OSI is not connected to Powerpramming, I have just used the term to describe what I am doing.
